I watched the documentary Grayson
Perry: Who Are You? (I missed it last night)
Which features the artist making portraits of people to discover what
kind of masks people wear in public and how they perceive themselves and how
they are seen by others. One of the
people he spoke to and immortalized was Rylan, the X-factor star and Big Brother
winner, he is depicted in my blind drawing.
He also made a pot symbolizing Chris Huhne and works representing a man
who had struggled with gender identity and a woman who converted to Islam after
a bad start in life.
