FILM 1490: DR. TERROR'S HOUSE OF HORRORS

TRIVIA: The first of the "portmanteau" horror films to be made by Amicus Productions. According to co-producer Milton Subotsky, he was inspired to write a multi-story horror film by his admiration for Dead of Night (1945), which uses a similar format.

Canadian actor Donald Sutherland was paid 1,000 UK pounds for his role.

First feature film of Roy Castle.
